Title: Camping???

Hey guys,
 been to Havasu a few times but its been a while, where is the best place to Launch and find a cove to camp at? Ive usually launched at cattail cove but I would like somthing closer to the bridge, but far enough away for the family to enjoy

Any Suggestions???

crazy horse campground is right there on the island at the mouth of the north end of the channel going to the bridge.

Also on the island is the free launch site 6. Right across from the launch there is lots of coves that you can camp in. Matt

I dont know if its legal to camp on the shore at night.  Might want to ask a park ranger when you launch.  But there is a few camping spots across from Copper Canyon.  They have tables, shade and bathrooms.  Good luck.  Have fun.
