My original thought was Havasu but then girlfriend said I was nuts and the best place around is the Avi. We'd have the Avi Beach, Pirates Cove, that little hidden-cant remember the name bar, Topic, and we could even spend a fortune and even float down to Havasu. Telephone cove came up but that's sorta lame except for gasoline alley. But then again one of my sayings is....with the right people you could have fun at a funeral. So who says what?

Don't change the way you boat to accommodate, been there, done that, won't do it again. I tell 'em to meet me at the beach, so when the 110* gets to them, they can go, I'll leave at dark:30 :thumbup:
Launch at Davis Camp, The Riverside, or BHC Community, cruise or float to Big Bend, Lunch @ Lazy Harry's cruise to the Avi, get gas, cruise up river.

Yea the 110 is gonna layem all on their azzes for sure lol. I've already had one cry about being worried of getting seasick and I'm like wtf? Another forcing me to put the Bimini top on, its brand new and I never have Cuz I hate it, and another asked if I had ear plugs because it looks to loud. I will need a vacation after this vacation for sure.

Have them drive themselves to the beach of your choice (like Big Bend) and when the 110* gets to them, they can always have a casino to visit/cool-off.
I usually have the bimini on, but its like a big azz sail. Seasick usually happens when you cant see land- you do this on the river and your doing something wrong :o . Ear plugs may not be a bad idea ("What?? I Cant hear you...")
I had a mother in law/sister in law trip to the river, sis n law wouldn't let her kids ride in the boat (loud/DANGEROUS, etc) or swim in the river,(current) the trip turned out to be crap, they were all done by 2:00pm, My day was done then too...wtf??? I still had gas/boat sodas/daylight left.....yeah, never again.

What days of the week are you going? If it was during the week, I think Havasu would be cool.
Parker also.
If it's the weekend, maybe stick with Avi plan :-\.
Maybe trailer down to some place for the day to show them something different. And then, could take a different car if they need to head back early.
But I would probably stay at a casino so they have something to do, if the boating life ain't for them.
Just keep telling yourself " I'm at the RIVER" 8)

Thursday and friday. July 4-5. So either way a total booze zoo. I'll stay soober w floater out those days.
