alright guys imma start a new post on this lake mead trip we had on sunday the 28th of june the year 2008

All i can say is man what a hell of a day...you couldn't ask for a better day on a large scale lake...It all started with us all meeting at Callville Bay Marina at approx 9 am...anway they are remodeling the launch ramp, so they had these big ass metal plates that went into the water...well terry's trailer nails it he gets pissed, but we get him underway, and end up losing him for a few hours...next up us vegascharger he launches no problem, and then me...and this is the first time im fessing up to this, but we start backing into the water, and i have some ladies next to me trying to launch there boat but they have it jackknifed so i cant get mine all the way stuffed in...while im sitting there watching this im not thinking and im getting mad anyway one of my friends goes over to get them on there way...so we start backing mine in and while im at it i think oh shit...the drain plug so i goto the back of my boat...its full of water so we half to pull it foward and let all the effing water drain out...then i get underway...terry is still missing me and vegascharger head over to find a cove...anywho we find a really nice one...we hang out for a couple hours to see if terry shows up, and we run out of beer...so i head off to the marina to pick up some more and we end up finding terry so we take him to our cove then i go back for my beer run...and the rest is history...just and awesome day on the water, meeting new people, and having a good time...hope to do it again soon guys

It was probably the best day on the lake ever..
No wind and Beautiful water. ;D
Now the launch ramp thats another story..
It was great meeting some new faces.
We need another SCJB get together at the lake.

well said vegas it was one helluva day to be on the water for sure, and same goes with you and your family it was awesome meeting you guys and i had really good time...dont be shy we are launching again on friday and hanging out for the night out on the island by hemmingway

You cant ever beat a good day on the lake with good people...
Now the launch ramp that just needs to be fixed and everything will be good..

we can just go to the other ramp. I might add it was 114 that day, water was like 80. Not too bad on the flatty. Lots of nice coves to haul ass in. No crowds...accept at Sandy Beach.....and the ramp at Calville.

Another smokin day on the lake today. I'm learnin to drive the boat a bit better, a little less left foot and a little more right. Found a new anchor with my new big boy diving set, first twenty minutes out. Then two other guys showed up on, your favorite and mine...jetskis, with the same exact diving shit I had. After counceling our new friends about slowing the fuc down comming around our lowrider type boats, fucrs sent rollers over my bow, a great time was had by all! O0 O0..... :mad:

haha im just getting home from mead after testing the tahiti out and finally after months dipping it into some fine lake water "thanks to hdrider", and i like the tahiti alot...couldnt ask for better large lake conditions...the lake was glass, anyway im thinking all the local boys should all meet at callville saturdeay morning and go out for the day any takers?
