Some of us "Vegas Sinners" will be holding midnite mass this saturday night at Lake Mead in the infamous SCJB cove.  Cruise out and have some holy water with us  >:D

Our Eliminator
Who art in water
Hallowed be thy name
Thy roost will come
Thy will be done
On mead as it is on the colorado
Give us this day, our daily beer
And forgive our wake
as we forgive the flatbillers who wake against us
and lead us not into rocky beaches
But deliver us from the popo  :beer:

Lol! Sweet, and they are going to stay until midnight? I just picked up another jet SWDT! Was gonna see if it floats! Lol! Gonna have to take a chance on not having current tags though!

Rite on hope to see you guy there then! Wish I would have known earlier! I'll be helping out a fellow jet boater in the morning he's having problems with his cooling system so I'm gonna see if we can get it figured out quick!

all in all a good weekend on the lake, wind came up at midnite saturday blowing pretty good.  Guess i shouldnt have called it Midnite Mass!  Very little sleep after that had to jockey boats around to avoid taking rollers over the bow.  Learned there are some very sore losers out there when they get beat a few times, not out of our group, but some random jet boaters.

the windstorm we got hit with saturday night was nuts...almost felt like I was in a twilight zone ....looking at my phone and it says 4mph winds...but its gusting for hours at like 30mph. The waves crashing in the cove were almost deafening. I was worried it wasn't going to let up as the swells were 3-4 foot tall.

I LOVE lake Mead.  That's always been one of my favorite lakes.
