FNG here. Is Big River a good spot the weekend prior to 4th of July? If not what's a good low key spot ?

Big River will be much better than the Parker Strip on any holiday.  Just don't try to launch before 11:00-12:00... water level will be very low.

So what would be a good spot to go? Really on been to Needles, Parker and Havasu. Wife doesn't dig Needles and rather try a new spot like Lost lake or wherever their will be a good group of Jet boaters. Thanks for all the input.

Try Yuma, Lake Martinez area or Blythe, McIntyre area.

I think Blythe will have a worse infestation of lake lice but if you keep the diverter up they won't get too close  >:D

Some people don't like Yuma, but I went a couple times last year and liked the water conditions even when busy (Labor Day).
