the top red circle i know is called bee beach because theres a HUGE bee Hive back in the bushes back there. The other one ????????
Also the Hidden sand bar right across from the island is called girls beach.

I actually think there is a google app that will allow us to label these places and share them on google maps so when people plan things, we can have a full on map of the entire river, with every sand bar and hang out we use outlined in it.
It's under google locations or maps or something...

Its where the regatta is going to be ;D

Tell non-socal boats that there's a Blythe official event, and that the drop is reserved or something...we should make a big sign that says "socal only" or something, we talked the other weekend about putting a permanent sign on it marking as socal island. :D
ps-if you're already there and you're there on the 3rd...set up your sun thingy dingies on the island now?

You just gotta stay in the channel and read the sandbars. Nice big sandbars to hang on off the point south of hidden beaches

Big thanks to everyone for letting me hang around with them at the island for the 4th. To bad i couldnt stay longer the damn driveshaft bellows ripped early Friday morning and just about flooded the boat. Im lucky i happened to take a look in the bilge. Regardless i had a great time and cant wait to go back again.
I only managed to snap a few pictures, so i figured i would throw them up here if anyone wants them. Thanks again!

Hey everyone. I'm going to make a trip from fishers to Blythe on the first weekend of August, 3rd-4th. I only have a 20 gallon tank so I was wondering if anyone knows if Walters camp still has fuel at there dock? I'm going to bring an extra 12 gallons in cans but I will still need to fill up half way for sure. Is anyone going to be out there that weekend? Keep an eye out for me.

The hour we got to spend here was the most relaxing I've had in a long time.
Really nice stretch of river.

We'll be at Riviera F3, F4 and F5 Thursday through Monday Memorial Weekend and F2, 3 and 4 this weekend. We don't have any cool jet boats, but we still get around the river and have a good time.
