Senator's Wash
« on: May 28, 2007, 10:04:33 PM »
So the fam and I went to Senator's Wash for Memorial Day weekend. We all had an awesome time. I figured out that if you have a boat then you pretty much have the world at your fingertips, or at least the world that doesn't have a boat! I needed ice, I got it no problem, I traded ice for towing a wakeboarder. The next day I traded towing a guy on a inner tube and giving his kids a ride around the lake for ice and for giving me a ride to go get gas and smokes. This morning I gave them all a ride again because I was in such a good mood. Check out the Bimini on my family boat.

There were 4 jet boats at Senetor's Wash this weekend. I only got pics of two of them. I talked to the guy with the yellow jet, I think he said it was a Pioneer. SIK looking boat. I gave him a beer cozy of this site. Nice sounding Ford in it. He told me a short funny story as well, although I don't think he meant it to be funny. He had an open bow jet boat with a Chevy in it. He's partial to Ford's. He traded his Chevy powered open bow jet to his boss for this Ford powered closed bow!  LOL

I got three guesses as to what this is .

1. saguaro - which I highly doubt

2. Biesemeyer - I doubt also because the hull comes in way to deep

3. Kona - Is gonna be my choice since I think the kona and the saguaro were identicle hulls from what I've seen .

I tend to see more beisemeyers than anything else so what the hell was it

The top of the hull looks like the Biesemeyer that I just bought but the bottom is definately a lot different, "hull comes in too deep" just like you said.

Senator's Wash is about 20 or so miles north of Yuma Arizona but it's still in California. It's a great place to go if you have kids and don't want to take them to a live porno shoot, if you want to run around in circles all day dragging tubes, skier's, wakeboarder's, etc... if you like to camp ON the water for $5 a day, and if you like to swim in the water (because it's allowed). The nearest gas station and store is about 15 minutes away.

It would be a bad place to go if you want hook-ups for a motorhome and/or if you want a paved roads, green grass, picnic tables, running water, a bar, a restaraunt, constricting ridiculous rules, police/security patrols all over the place,  and similar stuff that resorts offer.
