I am sure we will be down there once maybe twice in March but, let's set an official kick off weekend so we can be sure that EVERYONE is there.
April 2nd is a three day weekend for me.
I know Easter is the big one but, I would like for us to get together before then. Water might be a little cold but we can hang.
I was there in the middle of March last year and it was nice.

Ill be in walters camp over presidents day. we normally don't start rolling out until march/april but I can't wait any longer Im ready for the river now!

If memory serves it was august 18th. We can plan something for around that time again with the whole SCJB crew again. I'm definitely in for that.

my first trip of the year is usually easter. but from what i understand my trailer needs a new sun tarp thing. there is always room for tents at mcintyre. there is an entire field set aside for tent camping or you can set up a cot on my patio. lol. we always got room.
i cant wait till river season. this glamis season has not been that great. already blew up one buggy motor the new one is in but i am nervous about drivig it cause i think i am going to blow it up again. lol

and mcintyre has a big easter egg hunt sunday morning for all the kids in the camp ground. they hide eggs all over that place. i think i just found one a couple months ago. lol..
I would really like to get a test day in on the boat before i drag it to vegas so i am going to start working on it and either get it to isabella or i am going to drop the back of it in my hot tub. lol

Yeap, Well be there easter and we will get eveything set up for the kids for the hunt gonna try to go big again this year for the kids, also think we might put togeather a easter breakfast in the back!!!! would be cool if eveyone could get out there this weekend, well also have the race boat out there testing for the race in phx on april 30th- May 2

I would LOVE to make it out to McIntyre Park!!! My Dad used to take me and the rest of the fam there when I was a kid...good times. I haven't been there since I was probably 10 (31 now). I just looked it up online and saw the launch area and man that took me back.

Me too. I want to meet up with you guys. Do they have room for a 42 foot fith wheel with double slide outs. I might have a extra bed or 2.

Where in OC are you Romper? Im in Westminster. A McIntyre Park meet would be awesome! Someone just name the date and I'll try to make it out. I hear that's a pretty shallow part of the river. A couple of my buddies have boats with props so probably not the best spot for them, huh?

MBLACK, I live in Tustin. I want to start this season in early April. I want to store my trailer at the river this summer I have not decided on a camp ground yet. I want to bring the rhino too but the cali side wont let you use em in there parks. Ill meet up with you guys any time or camp ground. I'm down. I need some new friends that HAVE boats. lol. My boat will be river ready in 3 weeks tops. I think I going to smell-some-more this weekend for a test and tune run. Need to dial my ecu more.

Plenty-o-room for any sized trailer there. Not sure about the Rhino thing. There are some around there but, I can't recall seeing any of them in the actual camp.
With the way people are hurting for money right now, there might actually be a spot available for rent at McYntire now. I heard there was a couple of open ones at the end of last year but, I never saw them. I never really looked for them either though. I think it costs around 200.00 plus electricity and water to have a semi-permanent spot at McYntire park.
If you have any questions, let me or Aquaholic know. We have that place pretty wired.

Sounds good. My boat will be river ready in couple weeks too. I'll be testing it out either at Elsinore or Puddingstone. I need some friends that have JET boats :) My buddies that have boats all have wakeboarding boats.

My vote is for first part of summer. My wife is due Aug 29th. I dont think we will be at the river at all in Aug or Sept.

Looks like May 14th 15th and 16th. That seems to be the most agreeable dates! I'll post it in the events with info on where it's at, cost of camping, rv'ing, and such along with some Hotel info.
