Can't beat Fishers  ;D

There's hidden shores just south of Martinez

Are you looking to stay in the same area of the river , or move to a whole other location?

There's also Walters north of Martinez and Piccacho, but I've never been there by car so I couldn't tell yah how to get there

I went to Walter's Camp in my Miller. It took me about an hour and a half, just cruising along having fun. It was a blast getting there, a lot of cool terrain near the banks of the river. When I got to Walter's Camp it was a ghost town compared to Martinez. They do have fuel on the dock. Shut the engine off, and float on back  ;D  until one of those 1' deep waters/sandbars come along  >:D

Oh yea, I didn't see any rentals but that doesn't mean there aren't any there. I did see some campsites from the shore, they looked like the middle of the desert with hard-pack, with some tumbleweeds for color.

There is a Red Bluff Rd. right off of Martinez Lake Rd. , if you take it north for 2 or 3 miles there is another boat ramp and all kinds of visitor information buildings and stuff over there.
