Title: wheres a good place to stay and boat on the lower river.

I have never been down there except when heading to glamis , figured i would try it out.I need a hotel because i will only be bringing my boat , any suggestions . Thanks

Martinez lake resort has houses for rent and bungalow's. There is a store , bar , resturant and a boat shop all in the parking lot where the bungalow's are. And the launch ramp is only a couple hundred feet away and there is a gas dock.

Martinez is the most friendly/calmest part of the river IMO.

Do you guys know how the motel rooms in martienez are . wifes kinda picky .....lol

new hotel off of fortuna about 20 to 30 mins. away give or take



We always rent a house there. its ok 
But its just a place to sleep for a few hours.
