With it being so frickin cold here in Michigan the last couple weeks,  I was able to spend some time in the shop and got the design tweaked so that all the data points are correct and I'm pretty happy with the end results.

With the lofting drawn out full-size and being able to kinda mock it up with the engine, it gives a much better sense of the scale of the boat. I think this is going to end up being a ton of fun and well worth the time and effort to put together!!!.......
