I have a Chamberlin Garage door opener that I bought for a house that I was renting. Owner decided not to pay the mortgage, etc etc! I got "F'd" on my deposit so I took the garage door opener that I paid for.

Its a Chamberlin 3/4 HP Whisper Drive Plus with a Battery backup(Will still open and close if the power goes out or light will still work). I have everything that it came with minus some misc hardware(wire, nuts/bolts that I didnt need). It has 2 car remotes and a keychain remote for the wife. It also has the outside keypad. oh ya, the push button that goes in your garage has a motion sensor on it that turns the light on the opener automatically. It is a belt drive one so its super quiet! The picture below is whats included.

I can break it down in a box and ship it out to you guys or I can bring it to Parker if you(the buyer) is going.  This is a really nice opener that I paid $248 for at lowes. I have provided a link to there website that shows the specs and what retail is on it. I am looking for $200 for it or make me an offer!
