As a seller I thnik it's a great idea to leave feedback last. It usually prevents the angry douchebags from leaving you negative feedback and it usually gives you a chance to correct a problem with a honest buyer because they'll usually contact the seller before leaving negative feedback if they haven't recieved it yet.
As for the guy in Montana, I've had several buyer's like that and sometimes you never can tell, he may have a friend that's going to pick it up for him, he may have a "in" on a shipping company, or he may just want to go for a little drive :screwy: , you never can tell. When something looks screwey like that, I go to eBay's help section, type in "seller's contact information" (whether you are looking for the buy or seller doesn't matter), it will lead you to a page where you type in the item number and the username of the person that you have a transaction with, in a hour or so you'll get an email with the buyer's/seller's phone number, I give them a call almost immediately because I don't like to waiste my time on "eBay idiots". The guy that bought my Miller off of eBay was from Idaho I think, I gave him a call within a couple of hours after winning the auction and he said he was having his brother pick it up for him, which he did. Get your buyer's contact info. Good luck.

Well its not rocket science ;D J/k
It has a bottom plate and the air filter attaches like a normal aircleaner so it holds down the plate, and then it has 4 bolts that come up from the plate into the scoop and walla its done ;D if you want i can post a pic or two
I want a fiberglass scoop for the Bahner otherwise i would just keep it..
I figure this way my boat will atleast look fast on the trailer ;D

Because this is a good truck engine not a marine engine, Peanut ports, just found out cast pistons, bearings look good but didnt check clearance.........
Soooo.......... i can sell this engine almost complete and build one that i know will fit the application for my boat.. And this way i know, not what someone told me................LIE'S....
Was supposed to be large port heads..........NOT!!
Was supposed to be Hypers or Forged pistons.......NOT!!
My options....get some keith Black 020 Hypers with dome tops, balance and swap out the pistons.
get my other set of heads worked and get it back in the boat ;)
OR .......SELL IT ALL...................... and start over >:D

Hey 2sav,
Im not good with V-8 stuff, but what type of motor is that? BBC, BBF, Olds. Im looking for a reliable Olds motor. The motor in my new boat, was supposed to be rebuilt about 2 yrs ago, and dealing with the same things you are LIES... :banghead: :mad:. So now im looking for a rebuilt reliable motor that will start and run for yrs to come. I just want to use the boat for pleasure and some skiing, i cant afford to go to damn fast O0

Its for a BBC ;D If your looking for longevity and not so much speed pretty much any engine will give you that, as long as you treat it right.......

is it worth just changing everything over to BBC insted of trying to find a 455. it seems that there are more 454 out there. so if i went that route i would need logs, snails, and mounts, and a new u-joint piece.
