I was just talkin to my wife about this yesterday. The place I used to store my boat has units like these and I figured I could put all my crap and my two boats while I move outta here and find a new place .It's a bit more than I was planning on paying but with 24 hour access , sure makes it awfull easy when I'm working on my shit and need to bring it back and forth from home or even coming and goin to the river 8) Thanks shueman !

If I lived closer to Perris , or if Perris was on the way to the river for me I would be all over that 40 footer!
-
holly shit thats a lot of money i have a fifty footer here for under 200 a month
-
i agree with 82, i have one 50LX14WX17H fully enclosed that runs me 280.00 per month (harleys, quad, misc storage in that one) and another one that is 45LX13WX20+H that is enclosed on three sides (no front door) that holds my toy hauler and that one is only 145.00 pr month 24/7 access 365 days

Yeah but they don't say Eliminator on the front ;D

That's the way to go...
The storage rates are competitive with the area, believe it or not... ;) We'll prolly get more RV tenants than boaters.
Just wanted to spread the word out there...thanks for looking, and the input.
My jet sat in my driveway... ;D

I don't know where these guys live , but here in San Diego those rates would be a steal!

Five or six hundred is a PAYMENT on a NEW boat or putting up a new garage. I can't imagine spending that kinda money on strorage. You guys must have a bunch of extra $$$ laying around. Anybody wanna adopt me?

shuman: I'd suggest some pics of the actual facility on the website; I wanted to see what it looked like but no pics.

I have driven past it , and that place is huge!

At least your boat fits in the driveway. I am still trying to figure out what to do with mine when it comes back to the OC. I just dont want to store it outside year round. ???

Talk to our neighbor, convince them to get Jimbo's boat outta there >:D , and put a cover over the space.

Anyonelse notice the flood line on all the doors or is it just me!

I didn't notice it but you're right, there's something there; could that actually be water marks? that would be alot of water.
-
I dont know about San Bernadino, but in Vegas they close the drainage off around contruction sites that way they dont fill up with dirt, crap, etc.. Few years back there was a street that had almost solid home building for 3-4 miles. When we got a lil bit of rain the street filled up with 5 feet of water. My brother ran one of the job sites for a home builder and the phone call I got was "holy crap it was just a wall of water"
-
Yes in Cali all the storm drains are "suppose" to have a silt bag over them and sand bags around each one....won't stop the street from flooding if it's raining hard enough....but the crap won't go down the drain....fish and game thing......

I just put the Sanger in storage, 31x12 for $160. Couldnt beleive the price so close to the lake, my last one was $230 a little further out.
-
You wouldnt have to worry about dry fireing your pumps in there, could prollly do some test laps around the parking lot!
-

Not a "flood line", but a "dust line".... ;D All the doors were up when some heavy winds, following my light rain, hit the job site.
They were washing everything down last week... ;)

Eliminator's finally made the move out to Perris, CA....Sales and Storage, for now.
Open every day, so stop on by for a Starbucks and a Tour... 8)
