Title: Sand rail project or part out.

It's pretty complete, I was going to drop the engine from my bug in it but...... I need the money right now for other stuff that came up. I'll part it out or sell it whole. I'd like 500 bucks, but, make me an offer. It's got a swing axle trans in it. Turning brake levers. Spindle mount front wheels.
