Did Avi open their inlet to river access? We rented a house by Crazy Larry's & I had enough gas to get to Avi and refuel. They had it roped off because of Covid. That was a surprise and had to get fuel brought to us half way back....after midnight. You might check with them to see if they are open to the river yet. Have fun either way.

Happy 4th to you and everyone else on here. Sorry to hear your troubles with the boat. Sneaky plug wires & carb issues can sound the same. When you run it on the hose do you start the engine first then turn the water on?  Then while running, do you turn water off before engine is turned off? Depending on what exhaust system you have & waterline routing, higher water pressure from house hose can make oil milky too. Hope to hear you get it figured out.

Good looking dog. Was that at Lake Perris?  I took my dog there and was told he wasn't allowed anywhere near the water or even in my boat. I pointed out the kids wearing diapers playing in the water and was told rule are rules. I haven't been back since.

There are people on this site that have plenty of knowledge to help you decide what to do. This is only my 2nd or 3rd time taking part and have learned a lot from this site. An impact like that at such a sturdy location on your boat  makes me curious what damage was done to the other boat. I hope nobody got hurt. By looking at the damage shown in the pics you can likely fix it Zep. I agree with the others telling you to keep it. Just think if you are sitting on the beach with the Eliminator, a cold beer, tunes thumping, then you hear something on the water that gets your attention. It is that time of evening 1/2 hr before dark and PWC'S are gone. By the sound of it a couple of hotrods are out there too. Next thing you know, you see and hear YOUR hot rod out there having fun smashing that late afternoon glass. Without you. That would SUCK. Fix it then decide. Good luck.

If you are interested in an older, bigger bike, I have a Yamaha IT400 2 stroke with orig pink that runs and rides great and maybe throw in an early 2000's 4 stroke Monster KTM 80 that runs as good as it looks. Cleaning my shop out. I'm in Anaheim and can send pics if needed.
