Good eye! No, Phil isn't back at it.  He did this motor about 4-5 years ago and it's been sitting on a motor stand waiting for the 'right' project.  Was gonna go in an old Campbell, but I lost interest in that project.  When Bruce (Squeezing Spectra) posted this Howard (without engine), I figured it was the right place for that motor. Thanx.

Hey, go look in spam boats for sale.  My '75 Howard 21 is well, a Spectra 20 with different badges.  I got it last year from Bruce (SqueezingSpectra) and finished last year.  Great boat, no problems but (please don't flame) I just figured out that I'm not a jet guy (I don't suck!)

1975 Howard Day Cruiser, fresh Phil Stock Racing R/B BBC 454, fresh Greg Shumaker R/B Berkley with inducer impeller and stainless A, new trailer tires, battery. New Custom Canvas mesh bimini and towing cover.  Original gel and interior (detailed by Mark at SoCalDetail), original rigging is over the top, all stainless and A/N fittings for fuel, oil (Dan Olson) and cooling lines.  Not fast, GPS'd at 50 mph with me (fatty) my buddy (well north of 200 lbs) and bimini up.  Copy of original invoice signed paid in full by Howard Brown.  This was purchased as a Stage 1 and fitted by original owner (have many pix). If you like 'old school cruisers', this one is it! PM for more pix or questions. Pix follow are at AVI last July (thanx Jerry, VDrive Video) and one from original owner the day he brought the boat home from Howard.
Going in trader at $11,500.  SOCAL Jet Boats price $9,000.00
