Jet Pumps / Taking some water in

What is a good product I could use to seal up a gap I have from the bottom of the jet going through the back of boat? I notice I was taking some water in and found where that is I grabbed some 3m adhesive sealant and threw some on let dry for about a week and when I took out this weekend to test it peeled right off..and suggestions on what doing wrong or better product?

Random Boat Parts For Sale / Looking for new windshields

Looking to get some windshields made for my new boat don't really know where to start. If anyone knows someone that's does this work or can lead me in the rite direction where I could find that would be great. I already got the holes like there were some originally there. Thank you
