Rebuilt the lower end of my Olds 455. Oil restrictor kit., HV oil pump, MSD electronic distributor and a new set of Basset headers

Engines / Engine Parts For Sale / Re: Olds 455 Motor For Sale
« on: May 05, 2017, 08:07:25 AM »Getting ready to pull my Olds motor and drop in a BBC real soon. The Olds motor is getting pulled out on Saturday. It runs strong, and it's had a few upgrades from GS Marine. Electronic MSG distributor and new Bassett headers with just one outing on them. I have no idea how many hours on this motor or what's inside of it as far as parts go. This was the motor that came with the boat when I purchased it a couple of years ago.
$750 takes it....the headers alone cost me over a grand.
I will be saving a few parts, some of the senders and the coil. And I have a scoop for the carb.
