Miscellaneous / Spam / 460 starter issues

Got this rochell the other day.i put in new floor, water seal in the pump. The starter is hanging.  Guy i got it from said he had the starter rebuild twice.  So i bought a new one. Still hangs. Think i may have a flywheel issue. You guys got any ideas?

Yessir i was. Finally got ahold of panther. Just came in the mail today with the oil seal and bushing for the stator. Dont know how im gonna get the old bushing out just yet. Im about to try though. Any input on that?
