1981 ELIMINATOR SPORT CRUISER

Boat has been fully re-rigged with critical attention to detail over the past year.

FIBERGLASS AND FLOORING: All the floor has been replaced from front to back, plywood was laminated top and bottom before being glassed into boat, new water dam/floor supports have been glassed in. new gunnel supports/bulkheads were glassed in also. Entire bilge was sanded/holes filled and glassed over then gel coated off white to match the outside of the boat

SEATS: All new seat bases and rear seat/engine cover were built and resin coated. Engine hatch is supported by gas struts and held down by a quik latch. Seats are upholstered with new marine grade vinyl in Newport oyster white and Yorktown chestnut brown and embroidered with gold eliminator logos.

PUMP: Berkely jet drive was fully rebuilt with new bearings, wear ring with an aluminum A-cut impeller, JG bowl was detailed and studded, pump parts were powdercoated candy gold over super chrome for an anodized look. Place diverter was also powdercoated to match. Sport loader grate with through bolts

ENGINE: A stock 4 bolt main GM big block 454 was sourced and torn down for rebuild:
•Crankshaft journals polished
•Rotating assembly was balanced (Crankshaft,rods,pistons,harmonic balancer)
•New rod bearings were installed
•New crankshaft main bearings were installed
•New Huberts hydraulic flat tappet camshaft installed (specs available upon request)
•New 3/8 pushrods
•Comp roller rockers
•Comp dual row timing chain set
•Melling high volume oil pump
•Keith black hyperutectic pistons for a compression ratio around 9:5:1
•10 quart oil pan
•Weiand aluminum intake manifold
•Holley 750cfm double pumper carb
•All stainless hardware was used
•Engine was broken in and oil was changed •with valvoline vr1 20w50 high zinc with wix filter
•All new gates fuel lines and water lines
•New Seachoice fuel filter/water seperator

RIGGING:
•New steering cable and helm
•New forward reverse cable
•New throttle cable
•New place diverter control cable
•All new stainless hardware throughout entire boat
•Harman marine log manifolds/engine mounts were polished before installation
•Custom motor mount stringer washer plates
•New throttle pedal assembly powdercoated candy gold
•Vents, gauge bezels, swimstep mounts, shift knob and steering wheel adapter powdercoated candy gold to match
•original eliminator steering wheel cap polished
•New Sierra marine Sahara gauges
•New fuel sending units
•New water temp and oil pressure senders
•New bow navigation light
•New stern navigation light
•Wiring was extensively gone through, cleanly routed and tied, all new heat shrink weather tight connectors
•All new carpet installed front to back

TRAILER:
•boat was removed from the trailer
•sanded and refinished with rustoleum gloss kona brown
•new bunks and carpet
•original fiberglass fenders repaired/refinished
•wheel bearings checked/repacked
•new bearing stainless bearing buddies
•new led lights all around
•new 5,000lb tounge

No expense was spared! Tons of time invested! I built this boat to be a solid reliable cruiser, not super fast @58mph but this boat handles extremely well and is a turn Key cruiser ready for years of enjoyment! Just in time for summer!
