Not sure where to post this. My name is Mike I have a Sanger that I don't want to sell. I want to have the pump and motor rebuilt on it. I also have a few minor repairs I want to do to it. I would love to do it myself but the SEMA show has got in my way for a while and just around the corner I have other conventions I need to attend. I really want to get this boat in running condition soon. I have a new Lincoln TIG welder I bought last year I was going to use on a sand rail project I was wanting to do. It is a Invertec V205- T AC/DC. Just seeing if anyone out there may want to trade services for the welder.

My Sanger has been down for about 3 years do to the pump not working well. So, the little lady at home just asked me why do I have a boat that we cannot use. I know she said that as a hint to sell her, But I am taking it as a hint to fix her up. Who can sell a boat named Gusher. Now my question is, how hard is it to rebuild a pump. It's out of the boat. And I don't have a ton of cash. I really think it's the wear rings. Last time I had her out when I mashed the pedal RPM's spin up quick and the boat took off slow. like the pump was trying to catch up. Any thoughts? And anyone know a good place to pick up a rebuild kit?

P.S. I am new to this forum. I used to be on hotboat forums but I think that is no longer around as I tried looking for it. Shows how long I have been out. LOL
