Tom, did you read the above posts?  I commented on the builder and the builder only in my first post.  The guy responded by calling me a "little Bitch"  do you see why that he was out of line, and why I reacted the way I did.   
Anyway I still own my Liberator, it's sound now but it only took $15k to make right what Dave did wrong in cutting corners.   I promise that anyone here would have the same perception of Dave if they went through what I did.

Wow a little sensitive about Dave, are you related, or get a little to close to him in Texas? Your color scheme might explain that! 

I give you 6 months before your gel coat starts to crack, I bet your engine is used and it probably only has an 8qt oil pan.  Did he tell you to keep it below 3200 RPM for the first 10 hrs?  I don’t build boats I just had one built from the wrong guy, I would and will continue to spread the word about a person that builds chit.

If I was to purchase a new set of Blower carbs (I'm sure this will be open to interpretation) What would be the recommendation.  I like the price on the demon Carbs, but the Holly blower carbs description says
"capability that allows their power Valves to reference the intake Manifold vacuum below the supercharger. This allows  the power valve to operate as it should, based off intake Manifold vacuum. A power valve provides further enrichment to the main metering system under load (low vacuum)"   The Demon Carbs don’t mention that.... seems Important, is it.

And is there a fair, person you can recommend close to Murrieta Ca. that REALLY knows how to tune Carbs(and also might be willing to teach a FNG)?

I’m looking to replace the current Holly carbs I have, but I can't figure out what they are...   I have been trying all the #'s I found on them just to get nowhere.  If you can help me to know what I have, I would appreciate it.

All the #' On the Holly carbs (Center top) 4150 hp, (R. side middle) "list" 805761 under this # is 1566,(R.side bottom 11874BR under that HP, (on left side) 11938
 
Thinking about getting two, Mighty Marine Demon 825 CFM Supercharger Carburetors to replace these warn out Hollys.  I know less than zip about carbs and want to get the correct ones. 
I have a Chevy 502, 6-71 or 8-71 Wieland blower not sure which (how to tell) Not sure about the cam either... Sorry all I’m just trying to learn, if you need more info I can try to offer it
