Try the P90X workout series with Tony Horton on DVD.  It is the shit.  12 different workouts that kick your butt like goin to the gym without all the freaks.  You do one workout everyday and then repeat.  Plesh did it with me for awhile and he had results within 3 days.  Ab Ripper X will take the six pack out of your hands and put it where it's supposed to be.  Each workout is about an hour long.  The Yoga X is the longest.  That is the only one I can't seem to get into.  Check it out.  Beachbody.com
