Hulls / 78 Southwind Question
« on: April 02, 2014, 12:31:47 PM »
So its been awhile since I've been on the site, I sold my Tahiti due to financial reason in 2012
. But as you all know that jet boat owners cant stay away for too long, currently
I'm in the process of buying a 78 Southwind with BBF, bored .60 over, roller cams lifters and rockers. My question is from a statement the current owner said, He says the hull noticeable flex to it. Should I be concern with this, or is this normal for this style of hull? Thanks in advance for the advise, and glad to be back.

, SADLY I WAS UNABLE TO TAKE MY FLOAT TOY
AND THE GIRLS WERE IN THERE PRIME
. WATER WAS COLD AS HELL , BUT AS ALWAYS WHEN YOUR IN IT LONG ENOUGH IT FEELS FINE. IT WAS CALM IN THE MORNING, BUT GOT A LIL CHOPPY AROUND 2 OR 3PM. ALL IN ALL I HAD A GOOD TIME FOR WHAT IT WAS, REALLY WOULD'VE LOVED TO TAKE MY BOAT BUT WHATEVER HAVASU WILL ALWAYS BE THERE..........AND THIS WAS YOUR LAKE HAVASU REPORT....LMFAO!!!
