In an e-mail awhile back, Brad told me that there wasn't a formal assignment process for NJ numbers; he said you just basically use any CJXXX that's not already in use. What size do they need to be? Specific location? Required color?

I know rookie drivers start on the most outside lane. Do all drivers stay in the same lane all race, or if you get a length or two ahead can you move to a different lane?

The APBA rules say Drivers and crew must have uniforms. Surely this doesn't apply to NJ, does it?

Am I correct that helmets have to be florescent yellow, florescent orange, or international orange for a minimum of the top 50%?

Are you guys running the Bells from Lifeline? Open or closed? If open, do I need goggles or just glasses?

It looks like the APBA rules require a DOT/FAA physical and eye exam for drivers.
Does that apply to NJ/NF too?
