Engine Mechanical / Electrical / Best place in Phoenix to get carb checked out/adjusted

Wondering if anyone knows of a good priced and reliable shop out here. Boats running great but getting too much fuel. I don't know much about carburetors but it's Smoking like crazy out the exhaust. Runs great on land but then after 20 minutes on the water it starts smoking.
