Engine Mechanical / Electrical / 750 Holley running super rich

So i got the carb rebuilt. Holley 750 double pump. Slapped her back on. Standard air fuel mix. 2 an a quarter turns. I'm getting in burned fuel out the right header an black smoke out the left. Any ideas why?
