Jet Pumps / Berkeley 12JC but the nozzel is different than http://www.berkeleyjet.com

http://www.berkeleyjet.com/c-666-model-12jc-parts.aspx shows a different set up than mine. I believe either the impeller seal or the impeller or both are shot and I just want to make sure I get it right the first time. Any help will be welcome, thanks.
