« on: February 14, 2017, 07:07:21 PM »
I'm moving so everything in the garage needs to go. Parts without prices just make an offer if interested. Everything else is obo.

Stainless exhaust tips that need flaps but in good shape.

Complete Berk 12JC. Driveshaft stuck on pump shaft. I haven't tried to remove it. Impeller looks to be in great shape. Complete with transom plate and nozzle.

Berkeley intake with a piece of a Tahiti attached.

Uncut Bassett headers for SBC in great shape. No plates or water lines. $350

Berkeley Jetovator. Worked when removed but I'm not really familiar with them.

Harman marine polished snails. Need cleaned up but in good shape.

600cfm edelbrock 1405 carb. I've never ran it but it probably needs rebuilt. $30

Sanger SJ transom ring. It's on eBay right now but if it doesn't sell it will be up for grabs 2/19.

« on: June 01, 2016, 06:53:42 PM »
I have a really nice set of chrome Bassett headers for small block Chevy for sale. They have 2" primaries and uncut bell end. They are in excellent shape.
No plates, water lines or tee valve included. They do have the bungs for water, though. The headers are located about 40 miles west of Phoenix.

$500

Gelcoat / Paint / Fireberglass Repair / Bow eye back up block
« on: April 19, 2016, 09:56:31 PM »
I just removed my bow eye and found the wood back up block rotted where it meets the hull. I've got a spare piece of kd Doug for I plan on using to replace it. I've heard different things about how to glass this in. Should I glass it all the way around, encasing it, or just run a couple strips of glass over it, leaving the ends exposed?

Projects / 75 Eliminator build
« on: April 16, 2016, 09:00:23 PM »
I picked up this boat last month after selling my Sleek. It had a 455 and a stringer that broke loose from the hull. The Olds is gone and after a bunch of help from this forum, the stringers are done.
The goal for this thing is the June meet in Blythe.

Gelcoat / Paint / Fireberglass Repair / Stringer replacement help
« on: March 13, 2016, 08:32:26 PM »
I recently picked up a 75 Eliminator bubble. The fiberglass that's wrapped over the left stringer is broken where the stringer meets the hull and the stringer is loose. They are both Swiss cheesed pretty bad also. Anyway, I want to replace the stringers and bulkheads and after reading everything I can find on this forum, I'm still unsure of tackling this job.  The boat is down to bare hull with only the intake still in it. I've already got the new 2x6 kd Doug fir s4s.

Does anyone know of a good glass guy in Phoenix that is reasonable?

I can have the old stringers cut out, the grinding done and new ones ready to go in. If someone wants to help, i'll pay for a months supply of beer and bring the boat to you or whatever it takes.
