The No Wake Zone / Looking for first boat

As the title states, I am looking to purchase my first jet boat.  I live in Idaho so am pretty limited to the options around here.  I have found a couple but not sure which is the best way to go.  I have included the for sale links below.  Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
