WTB / Crankshaft Mounted PTO Adapter for Berkeley Jet Drive Shaft
« on: March 09, 2017, 09:35:39 AM »
Hello All

I am looking for the Crankshaft mounted adapter/PTO flange for connecting the drive line U joint for a Berkeley Jet to the engine/motor.

The bolt pattern should be from an early Vintage Small Block Chevy/Merc (2 Piece Rear Main Seal), a 4 Cylinder or 6 Cylinder Chevy/Merc Engine would probably be the same.

Used is Fine and preferred due to the cost, as long as all the threads and bolt holes are not damaged.

Thanks in Advance for any assistance.

Take Care,

Dusty

Jet Pumps / Berkeley 12JA-A-H Pump
« on: February 25, 2017, 07:36:39 AM »
Hello All

I have the above pump on my 69 Sidewinder, I want to go thru it before I put the boat in the water.

What are the good and bad things I need to look for and repair or adjust???

I am planing on doing the bearings and seals for sure, I need to know what else needs attention while I am into it.

I noticed that the inlet has little Skags on each side of the intake, I am assuming that they are there to straighten out the water flow,
before it gets into the pump, any suggestions as to do with them if anything???

Also what kinds of upgrade items will work with this pump????

Thanks in Advance for any assistance.

WTB / WLTB 18-19 Foot "V" Hull Jet Boat
« on: February 13, 2017, 12:26:31 AM »
Hello All, Newbie Here

Been plunking around on the site, allot of good information here.

I am looking for a Reasonably Priced, "V" Hull, "Full Length, Full Sized Stringers", water safe jet boat with a Berkeley Pump,
with a Bad Motor, Good Motor or without a motor, I have my own engine to Retrofit.

I would like to find one close to Sacramento, Ca. if possible.

I would like the trailer to have Tandem Axles, with a spare tire also, if no spare tire,
I need to know the bolt pattern at least, so I can bring a spare tire for transportation to Sacramento.

The Boat and Trailer MUST have a Clean Title, and Pink Slips available.

A current registration on the trailer would be a plus, registration on the boat is not important at this time,
since a new motor will be retrofitted.

All emails/Pictures will be Considered.

Thanks in Advance to all for any Help on this.
