I have a friend that is looking for a Stainless "C" impeller for a Berkeley. He doesn't have access to internet so a PM with a phone number would be appreciated.
Also if you could include prices and some info that would help,

Thanks Louis.

Boat Racing / Black Lake
« on: July 14, 2009, 10:39:57 AM »
This is from Saturday

Well guys the day has be rough all the way a round. Almost missed registration this morning. Then after we finished with that my sister locked her keys in the SUV and it had my race boat behind it, we almost missed the drivers meeting before we got it it unloked and drove the 20 miles back to the track following crappy direction.

Next we went out for the first heat race we didn't jump the clock start but we missed it by 45 second or so. The boats were all over the place. (damn beginners)
Mark and I were hauling the mail then coming out of the last corner headed for the finish line, It happened. Caught a roller the boat lifted came down hooked hard left and I went swimming. Boat stayed floating, took on allot of water and sucked some in the engine. I got a free ride to the medic and the boat went back across the lake. After a while at the medic they set me free with a clean bill of health then a patrol boat gave me ride back to the other side of the lake.

When I got back everyone was glad to see me and they had all ready started working on the boat. Richard, John Rork, Jeramy and all pulled the plugs pumped the water out, we got it back running and made the final. Finished third in the final, because I was a little beat up and didn't want to press my luck.

We finished up headed back to the motel and more trouble ensued. Richards A/C was out we were locked out of our rooms again for the third time in 24 hours. The beds are crap and they have no extra pillows.

WOW what a weekend so far. Well I am tired and sore so I am out of here.
All in all It is going to be a weekend to remember :D:D:D

Is September here yet so I can relax.

Oh By the way befor the spill and after I got back to look at it the GPS said 95 MPH

Boat Racing / Special Thanks!!!!
« on: June 30, 2009, 08:26:10 AM »
I would just like to say thank you to all of the great people that helped with the C/J 402.

Fist are the Moyles if it wasn't for them and there confidence in my ability to drive their boat
I would not be racing. They asked me to drive their boat when Mark was injured and have supported
me through the last year and have given me the opportunity of a lifetime. THANK YOU

Second is Richard & Lisa Hammond (RIVERBOTTOM AUTOBODY) Richard spent countless hours rebuilding,
fiberglassing and repainting the 402 so that I would have a safer more reliable and nicer looking boat.
Lisa has supported us in this project by being a very understanding an loving wife by putting up with
Richard and I.

There are countless others to thank also. Advantage Boats for some interior gel coat and a new rub rail.
D&L Auto Parts, Harold Bruce (R&D Marine), Terry Volore (for a ride plate when mine came up missing),
Glen Dillworth, Jason Becker and Barry Obler for an awesome power plant, Southcoast Stainless, Riverspeed & Sport
and all of my friends that stood there and kept me entertained while I worked on the boat. I also want to thank
all of my fellow Racers. If it wasn't for the entire Comp Jet Class we would not be racing at all.

Last I want to thank my Mom. Burley was the first race that she has came to watch me race. She was originaly
apprehensive about my racing and after the little incident in Parker (that didn't help either) I was supprised when
she decided to come to Burley. Needless to say she is a great supporter and enjoyed herself. THANKS MOM

SO FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!
