I have a 455 with hei going to switch out the plug and wires. What is a good choice for both? What gap should I be running on the plugs?

I'm looking for new valve covers for my olds 455. I would like to find tall covers with baffles at the breather ports. I keep looking and I keep seeing Pontiac 455 valve covers. My question is are they the same?
