I have had oil leaking from dip stick, valve cover caps. Only at acceleration and it is pouring out. Also is there a drain.plug and where is it located? Also there is what appear to be a drain hole in the middle of the engine area directley behind  seat on floor. What is it.

I just purchased the Anthony boat 2 days ago engine has been gone threw and put back together. On installing the batter to terminals we got a ark as if something is grounding out. Without an owner's manual I have no idea on the wiring specs or what the start and look for for any help or Insight would be appreciated
