I see a lot of them on the drivers side at the rear of the boat. That's where I'm putting mine. I will have 3 dumps. One 3/4 for bilge pump and two 1/2" for engine with one out the back and one out the left rear side so I can peak over and make sure its flowing. I was kinda eyeballing the sand strainer at CP Performance. Has anyone tried one?whats the sand strainer???
ok, try this....i just did that thanks bro.....

I think you missed the point, doesnt matter if youre 'in control' or 'operating it' or not ...when its underway (not moored, anchored or aground), someone is held responsible.i get the point i just think this would be a fine line and have heard for diff. people that this has happened to them and not got in trouble.mabey the cops were being nice because they figured that the folks were being safe rather than sorry. Also heard of one time where they tied tubes to the boat and floated along side of it and said that the boat motor blew up and the man let them go.personally i dont want to be anywhere around a bunch of drunk stupid boaters i like my life thats why i no longer go to havasu .....too many idiots:(
i have a few sets in stock, Jimnot to hijack this thread but how is your luck on a flat tapped solid lifter cam?
