I have a my paper work, its just a simple renewal, just trying to avoid sitting there for two hrs.  I cant remember how i did it last time, just seems like there is a way to renew on line!!

To be ohnest the guy wasn't sure was the fly wheel that was for that block block was from an LS 4.  My old block had the heavy wheel but teeth were bad

The fly wheel came with short block, doues have a doul. My started is two bolt top mount to bell housing not block. Holes in the fly wheel were done byba home owner, not stock.

Have a vibration and flex plate had holes that aren't supposed to be there so hoping thats what it is

Has a flex at the moment, had the wheel before.  I had to put a done of shims in to reach the starter and still not right.  Going back to a wheel I think

Your probably right, also changing the impeller to an A to allow the cam to work better, only topping out at 3500rpms

Got the boat started,  got the other starter and timing was 180 out, yaaa!

Ya that's how I set the timing, just have to get the other starter and start over tomorrow, even then was popping and up carb. Will let u know!
