This is what i told GT...
as far as the cash goes its to help out my girls parents to catch up, they are about 7 months behind...  watever i can do to help them i will, and for the motor im not too sure what internals it has i purchased it early this year as it sits now, it ran hard since day one. the guy i purchased it from didnt tell me too much about the motor itself just whatever was visible to me... the wiring harness was garbage so i ripped it all out and rewired the entire boat front to back with Brian (BOOST from here on the boards) we also put a whole new set of autometer gauges for a facelift with new sending units. Him and Nick (MADSKILLZ) have helped me with little things here and there and both have seen the boat run. it runs kinda wet but i have a whole winter project that i wanted to get going as far as a diverter, droop, i wanted to throw a new scoop on, bucket seats etc... As far as motor mounts i know it has a rail kit on it, hei distributor, 100 amp marine alternator (that i also added brand new when i rewired the boat) a optima battery. it is a split bowl berkeley pump.i had it out at the CP Regatta this year with a few from here as well. i redid all the trailer lights to LED as well a few months ago. i would not be trying to sell it if they werent hurting for the cash. ive been cleaning it up since i got it new blower belt, better valve covers, like i said the gauges, wiring harness, LED lights, i removed the carb to replace the gaskets, new gas lines, i cut the headers back a little bit to get rid of that ugly bell look etc.. i know im never gunna get what i put into it and if it wasnt for this situation i wouldnt even be selling it... i think the price is fair (even with me loosing money) and im willing to negotiate a little but on it...

What parts are in the motor? Steel crank?, what is the CR?, what camshaft?, what do you have in it for rocker arms?

C'mon dude.....free up with some information.....   You are not going to sell a boat in September for full price, even though I think you are fair....You need to "Sell it" more....

What motor mounts?
Battery?
Alternator?
Ignition system?

I would be willing to do $6000 without the above info, but that would be my highest offer..... 

Work on your ad like a resume. Sell it harder and I bet it magically goes away. 

It is only going to get harder to sell.

One more thing..... Forgive me for saying so, but how sure are you that the $8500 will save the house? are you sure you wont just be buying another 5 months?

Hate too say it, but in today's economy this boat is worth about $4k. Yea nice blower motor, but buying one used is like buying a grenade with a rusted pin. Sorry dude. Besides that pump doesn't look like it belongs with that set up, needs to be split bowl with some accessories 

Motor runs good and strong like i said no issues. An it has a split bowl just no accessories (i was gunna do that as a winter project this year)

Wozencraft Insurance..he will insure it no problems. And he is very easy to go through.. Good peeps over there..
