« on: February 21, 2015, 09:28:52 PM »Just out of curiosity, what's wrong with a sleeve??IDK but I'm in no position to take a chance on a block that's been sleeved and the sleeve has moved. And as I stated I ended up saving 200.00 in the process. I'm sure sleeves done properly work great. I just wasn't comfortable with it!!!

The guy refunded my cash and I found one today. Even saved 200.00.
I don't want anyone thinking I have or would ever use any donated money for my boat. I bought this block back in October. Just wanted to make it clear incase anybody thought otherwise.

Her pain is a lot better since last chemo and she's on oxygen now. I just can't thank all you enough. When I read her your post and tell her about the donations it brings tears to our eyes. I know we've been dealt a tough deal but Rhonda & I have come to grips with it as much as possible. I'm personally doing better than I have felt in years because all the running around doing the stuff she used to do. I'm ashamed that I wasn't this kind of husband 15 yrs ago took a lot of shit for granted. My goal now is to try and make everyday her best day possible. The traveling takes a lot out of her but we have one more to go in 3/2/15. Every treatment seems to get rougher and rougher. Then the beach house thing is on 3/16/15-3/22/15 in Malibu a friend donated a condo five steps from the sand. And everybody's welcome. Slumber party style bring your own pillows and blankets. Again can't thank you guys enough for all your thoughts,prayers and support.

Just found out the block I purchased a few months ago has a sleeve. No Bueno
I need a 454 gen IV 4 bolt block ASAP.
I live in Havasu AZ but I'll be in so california on 3/2/15 for about a week. Hit me up if you have anything.

We'll finally got back home to Havasu after 15 days at Loma Linda and two day at the in laws. Got her set up with oxygen and what a world of difference. It's like she's got her kind of NOS system looking and feeling so much better. Can't thank all of you enough!!! God Bless

Someone is going to donate a beach house in Malibu five steps from the sand we have it for 3/16-22/15 and of course any and all of you are welcome to come by. Depending on how's she's feeling will determine on weather we have a one day blow out or just people dropping in for visits. This really a blessing that a friend was willing to set this this thing up hope to see a lot of you there. I'll be posting up address and any party dates. Well just finished another round of chemo and should be getting out of this hospital soon. Then to her moms for a day or so to make sure her meds are working. Then finally get to head home to Havasu to see our girls grandkids and Elvis. Keep the thoughts and prayers coming. God Bless

Looks like we're gonna be heading back to Loma Linda her pain is increasing to rapidly for me to wait for ins to authorize her port to be installed.
