SCJB Top 10 List / Re: SCJB top 10 list.
« on: November 15, 2015, 01:21:39 PM »
I get the rules and all that but I read something that we have to mention boat and motor combo? What if I start of with a stock BBC in January then all of a sudden I show up with a blown alky injected motor?

Project Boats For Sale / 76 Miller "ultra lite" bubble deck
« on: November 14, 2015, 11:49:52 AM »
Selling a 1976 Miller bubble deck this is one of the ultra lite drag hulls so it's a super light lay up. Original trailer with the famous Miller floating fenders. I talked to Jim Miller and he said he only made a few of these boats in the 70s and they were not built for the lakes with chop the purpose of these boats was to haul ass. It has a Berkeley 12-jc pump with split bowl and place diverted. Stainless impeller, adjustable ride plate. I am asking 3k obo.

IDK, that bottom looks pretty interesting, I bet it works bitchen.

Of course it wouldn't do it safely as it sits, but I don't the the bottom design would hold it back.

the way i was explained is the jette bottom is half gullwing half tunnel, the hull is light its like 380 pounds.

Was going to build it but not interested in it anymore. It's a 1978 Holmes/Horizon 18' race deck with jette bottom I talked to the grandson of the builder and he said the hull is good for up to 120 then it wants to fly so ride plate and cav plates should be added. He told me the hull is worth 3k as it sits, make me a offer I don't expect to get 3k but I need it gone to make room for next toy. The boat is complete and selling hull and pump no motor or carpet. Seats need to be redone but the frames are solid. The boat was set up for BBC and has motor mounts and bell housing. Text or PM offer like I said I need it gone.

Ok now that's sad. Poor kid. It doesn't get any better either by the way. My 12 year old daughter that is 5'6" and only weighs 80 pounds just broke her collar bone. How? Playing tackle football. Wtf. Blonde haired blue eyed girl playing tackle football.

The equipment I run and me installing a new leach field

Holly shit, where is the shoring? OSHA would have a pay day especially someone in a trench over 4 feet and not bench or sloped and to top it off that's type C soil. I had to dig out a old boss that a trench caved in on him and buried him up to his neck. Just be careful.
