They use "baking soda" as a blast media in place of sand of glass beads to remove the paint.

Thats what Russ the machinist told us about the springs and lift too. We had to buy $350 isky springs and didnt even run the pro-comps . The cam on this 460 has about .640 lift and Russ set us up with it and got it all to to hold together for us. We have about an hour of firing time on the motor and no issues so far. Hopefully it stays that way! How much horse power is your stroker pushin? We are curious to see how much mph we gained. Its got a dominator pump in a 78 charger 19 3''. No pump work that we know of but is has the GS marine sticker on the pump so it could have something done. just a diverter.IT went 64mph with stock cam and dove c heads. hopefully we can hit 70!Not real sure it is at the machine shop now. New cam Comp Hyrd (custom grind) roller new dual QFT 750's 4 tunnel ram and plate system install then onto the dyno. I am shooting for 700+ ish on motor around 900+ on the button. Going into my TX-19 light layup (300#) Berkley pump american turbine bowl droop diverter mpd prop and hopefully i can knock on triples door on motor and get 110 ish on the juice in 660'
UPDATE: Just got off the phone with the guy. He's going to email me some pics. I made an offer and he took it. So I hope he takes good pics because thats a long drive (26hrs one way) to go get a boat.Try U-Ship. Might be worth not having to spend 52 hours in the truck to get a boat. I have used them a few times and had great luck. I bought my Sanger from Reeding Ca and had it delivered to Houton TX for 1600.00 and that was when fuel was much higher than now. I did the math and it only cost me 350.00 more for them to bring it to me than go get it myself. and 350.00 was well spent to not live in the truck for 4-5 days. Just my .02
