Well you did all yer jetboat brethern a favor...Gongratulations! Your new boat has been nonimated as the offical tow boat of SoCalJetBoat! So now you can tow all the jets in when they crap out! J/K ;D
That's a job usually handled by a PWC. Keep it "all jet" that way.

I don't see no cav plates on the back of that thing!!!!
Going from a V-drive to a  jet is like graduating college and then going back to High School. WTF??

Whoa; don't want to ski that tight behind a jet boat.
That's only on a course. Open lake skiing I'm at 32. I'd be afraid to ski like that behind a jet. It's too tempting for someone to hit the diverter and knock me on my ass  :)

People boat for various reason (ski, speed, wakeboard, even fish, etc); undone is obviously a skier, as am I; you don't need a 60mph boat to ski; undone got a good boat for skiing; NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT.
I only got a boat to ski behind; I didn't look for a "ski boat" because I've always liked jets (muscle car of the water) and skiing behind a jet is just fine with me.
Maybe most of the SCJB members boats will beat undone in a race; but my guess is that not many on this forum will out-ski him.

I am an avid skier myself. Got up on doubles when I was 5 and single skied when I was 6. Been through the slalom more times than I can remember. I don't ski behind my boat obviously. My brother has a Ski Sanger that we use the hell out of. I normally ski at 20 off where as my brother skies a little tighter than that. The older I get, the harder it is on me.  :(

I live in a world of fast boats. Every one of my friends boats will do minimum 65. If I want the thrill of speed on water, I still have it.
I am going out to Castaic today after work. Thursday after work (after 4), and Sunday I'll be there promptly at 6AM awaiting the opening of the gates. I'm not so lucky as you're saying quikjet. She'll actually only do 53.
Put a little bottle on it............ ;D :D

It was a tough decision... But who actually makes money after finishing a jet boat project? Let alone on a trade in. I only had $6k into it...

I've always been a skier, and having only 4 seats just wasn't cutting it for me...
First off money is meaningless when it comes to boats. If you financed your new watercraft then you will be loosing money all all corners.
And how big is your ass that 4 seats can't sit it properly?
Congrats on your new 55 mph rocket...........

A boat that big should have an outdrive or a v-drive in it. Jets are fine in the smaller hulls but fall short in the bigger behemoths.

Verizon was by far the best deal and service I'd ever had. I thought I'd try somehting new (big mistake) and go with Sprint. I have 2100 shared mins between two phones. The service might suck balls but at least the bills are really high.
Can't wait to change back.

It's just getting a few touch ups now. Had an incident with the trailer pin breaking and sending the bor into the rear of the truck. Homie can't roll like that to CFW  O0
November is when the real change takes place  ;)

Woah, I just saw this post. I need to look in this Forum more often.
I havn't seen the July isue yet so I don't know if it's mine. I have yet to see another one like it though. My boat was featured in the August '03 issue.
My ass is in the June issue though. I'm in the "crowd" pic at the Constantino benefit boat show.  ;D
Oh, and it looks like this will be the last year that Cole Cash sports the current paint job. It's up at Billy B's getting some touch ups done for the CFW fathers Day event and I'm thinking in November I'm going to drop it off for some updates. It will be similar but with all new paint, artistry and imagination of Billy B. His work is amazing!!
It will retain the same name and numbers.

Alright...I'm an outboard fan but that motor is a piece of DUNG!
How hard would it be to Clamp on a 250 or 300 merc? How fast would it be???

The No Wake Zone / Re: how fast is your boat?

65-68 depending on the wind.
