Hey guys just a quick question on what type of glass cloth to use. Pulled up my carpet today and I'm going to have to re glass some parts of my tanks and one side of my bulkhead to the hull. I also might add a floor between the stringers so its more comfortable to stand in. Just wondering if theres a specific type/weight of cloth you should use or if it really doesn't matter? Thanks!I would used 10 oz cloth and 2 or 3 oz matt in alternating layers, if you are going the route . if you can find it the 1708 22oz Bi Axle stuff is great but doesn't work with epoxy.

Yeah I though the pop off would be a lot of work, especially with the cleanout inside the boat. I'm definately going to look into the jet a away. What does something like that run?If you can find a used one around 1200 bucks. a new one will run 1800 or more depending on who you get it from. I would hit up B1 racing for one.
I had a great first time experience at Osborne Machine in Murrieta. Paul was honest to the point of talking himself out of work I was there for. That goes miles in my book.its a bit of a drive but Rod Phillips @ Auto Dynamic Balancing in Irwindale is great. He has done a lot for us over the years.
You may want to invest in a life line jacket. Without a lot more info on your set up it would be had to say what's safe. But if your truly hitting those numbers I would think your close.X2 on the lifeline. Also a killswitch would be a good idea too

Any boats plan on racing?Only thing I'll be racing is to the bar for more beer. Some of the 177 crew will be there to watch the roundy rounds.
