I used to love the mex place in El Cajon, but the owner supposedly shot his wife and fled to mexico and his son ran it into the ground!. Anyway, made crock pot ribs. Super easy, take some baby backs, boil them in beer & a little lemon. Then drop em in the crock pot with bbq sause and simmer all day. They fall apart when you pull them out!!!

I run a ball valve attached to the stringer just in front of my seat. Totally redneck, but it works. I use it in conjunction with the bassett valve. I eventually want to run one of these billet valves and mount under my jet gate controller.

I used to have an old carter electric fuel pump with jumper connectors spliced on. I'm planning on buying one from blue when I get the bimini drama worked out. It will take a day or two to get rid of the burps. I remember many a time siphoning gas out of the family daycruiser to make ends meet till mom or dad's payday when I was growing up!!!

I hear ya. Tough call. I'm going through dirt bike withdrawals right now. Sold my CR500 in December with plans to work some ot and buy a new KTM this summer, but overtime is dryed up at work. I was going to get a bike with my summer bonus, but saw the seats Luckie Stiff is building so decided to buy a set for my boat instead. I also want to paint my boat this winter so may be a while before I'm back on a bike. Right now I just ride shotgun on my gf's lifted golf cart. It's pretty badaxx but it's not the same as riding a two stroke dirt bike. I'd love to have a jeep or pre runner to play with, but right now I got too many projects not to mention all the stuff my gf wants done to the house!!!

Any pictures? I'm very interested. I have a drain hose kit that goes into the drain plug and has a cap on the end, but it doesn't reach out the drain hose so I get a mess at the back of the bilge. Plus takes forever. A pump sure would make things easier!

I've never had the chance to see either wall. It is one of things I really want to see someday. My father served on the Yorktown, my step dad was a SEAL, and my uncle was a weapon specialist lrrp in the army during the Vietnam war. So I grew up with a deep respect for all that serve and those who serve today. I served 6 years in the USAF. I look back at Vietnam and see us making some of the same mistakes in Iraq that we made in Vietnam. Our soldiers won the battles, but our politicians and media lost the war. Drama and Sorrow sells newspapers and keeps news stations rich so you almost never see anything positive that we are doing in Iraq or the positives that we achieved in Vietnam. We will not win a war on terror unless we are willing to throw away all the politically correct bs and kill them all. Sorry to get off track, just hate to see people making the same mistake twice. Anyway all my respect to all that have served and serve now protecting us!!!

I went with 30-36" height and my boat is 75" wide where I want to mount it so I got the 73-78" wide one. They come with all the hardware to mount em.

update on bimini crisis, got a call from Overton's after I posted yesterday. My card got declined. Turns out Cabela's charge my card after I cancelled my order!!! They credited it back, but now I got to wait till my card co. posts it to my account! What a freakin nightmare!!! I'm beyond pissed off.

Get this, yesterday I get an email from Cabela's stating my bimini would be coming from the manufacturer and would take 3-5 weeks to arrive. I immediately called and asked if they could call the manufacturer and get a date. They said no, so I cancelled the order and man am I glad I did. Called up Overton's got a "sharkskin blue" one that was in stock for $217 delivered 2nd day express!!! I'll defininately be using Overton's from now on!
