Nordie not fatty at all lean just like elk just a bit stronger flavor elk still my favorite to eat but moose my fav by far to hunt come on by Ill BBQ some for you anytime

we finish ours on grain thats the only way you can hang them that long and they shrink about 20% + or -

went to the chromer and the powdercoater today to pickup some bling.I searched everywhere for the hardin Marine valve covers and finally found them on Craigslist in Nevada. I now have everything to reassemble the boat and trailer . now just the time to do it by July 10

after a forced 1 week delay due to injury I got back at it yesterday with the last 3 coats of clear for a total of 15 now on to color sanding and buffing. Oh crap my july 10 holidays are coming fast so much to do

im willing but the paperwork to cross into your country is horendous. i got searched at the border with my trailer a while back and had some in the freezer they had a shit fit you would have thought it was a weapon of mass destruction but in the end they let me keep it because the guy could not find a rule why he could take it away just told me to declare it next time

I used paint stripper for fiberglass planes and cars it worked good took off several layers of gross paint and didnt touch the gel i put on 2 applications seemed to work the best you can see before and after on my project thread in boat showcase

too bad you all dont live closer if you want good beef you have to control it from pasture to plate , what we feed it,even the time of day we have them killed , we hang it for 33 days minimum , tender and the best flavor nothing like the crap from the stores where aged is anything over 24 hours
