leaky shower pan (just got done with the other one
)
all doors and windows leak can see light
electric water heater good for about 10 min. shower
electric heater (called power co. said between 400-900)
lights that turn off and on by them selves
r/o system is crap
1 acre of jungle which turns into a small lake when the sprinklers turn on
just a lease at this point ill leave they can keep my deposit if they dont sue me for the balance of the lease if not looks like im stuck

so after moving everything i realized what a pos the new house is and now am packing up and going back to the old one
