Random Boat Parts For Sale / Re: 12V oil suction pump
« on: October 15, 2016, 03:34:16 PM »
Same one I use got it off eBay like 25 bucks, I actually have a oil drain tube also and hook that up to it, makes life so easy to change oil. This will definitely make someone's life easier at a great price.

That drive time from OC is a bit optimistic don't you think?    :screwy:
if I drive from West Covina to Blythe no stops and not towing I do it in 2.5 hours. 75 maybe 80 the entire way

I'm actually looking at getting a new truck, (couple year old) very soon and was looking at the f150's but they have a v6 turbo now instead of v8, does anyone have one and tow they're boat with it? I have a 21' open bow ultra

buddy of mine tows his 24' toy hauler with it and has no complaints from what he tells me so I'd imagine it would do fine with a boat

^^^^^^ all this is very true if you can hold off until January you will be set. He did my dad's entire 21 open bow with new carpet new rear bench new engine hatch and bigger front seats for 3800 complete and did some extras on it as a surprise for being patient, but I also dropped it off January and picked it up in march

My Brother in law is buying a boat that has a bone stock 460 in it. Stock down to the points distributor.

What things should i look at/for? He wants to leave it stock and just use it as a cruiser.

My buddy is going Saturday to look at this, if it all checks out he will buy it. The 99 team Hawaiian he found was beat to shit and the other 2 boats he found the sellers won't return his calls.

How's the quality at West Coast Marine?

Sent from my iPhone using SoCal Jet Boats
he does great work, I have had my  Bimini from him about 4 years all stainless and quick connect fittings, my Bimini I think is 7' not the standard 5' and it sits low profile on my boat I love it

Took the boat out yesterday, damn thing is like ridding on a dolphin. AT pump, droop, the shitty bolt on the droop ride plate and hydraulic diverter.

I'm thinking remove the droop and put in a downward wedge. The water with the diverter all the way down still breaks about 2 ft behind the gas fills.

Anyone have any experience with this boat and this porpoise crap.

Thanks Jeff
my 21 team Hawaiian open bow had the same issue I added the droop and ride plate and also 2 of the 4 degree wedges and set it up at 6 degrees and now issue is fixed.
