Well finally got the pump all set up and got the new mill set into the boat and wired and plumed... Finally got to hear it make noise for the first time in the boat... Still need to put it on the hose and set the timing and dial in the carb but it's alive! 😎👍🏻

Sounds like it was pretty much a gentleman's agreement... If the parts are not what they thought they were? Then send the guy his parts back! If they were as described then pay the guy! Seems pretty simple? And communication is king! Have to let everybody know what's going on in the deal or people start getting ancy... Just my two cents... Not worth much but have gotten me through life just fine...

Here's one my buddy had picked up and brought over that we had started on before we realized it was the wrong size ball... But you get the idea of what to do... Just scribe the top the width of the tung and cut it out... Bend in the sides, weld it up and weld it on...

A little mud and a little time and it turns out pretty good...

Take one for a a-frame style trailer and you can pie cut it and bend the sides back in to fit the tubing on your tung and weld it up and then weld it on... Works like a champ! Have done 3 or 4 of them that way now.. And you can use the bulldog style hitch and be bullet proof! 👍🏻

It's still going to be a 95% lake boat... Might try to run river racer a couple times in it just for the experience? But the little v hull still ride good, turn good, and not beat your teeth out? 😊 and still might catch a few off guard? I can live with that! There is always someone out their that can hand you your ass one any one given day? Just want to have a fun boat that will be respectable...

Not even sure what my hull would do? But getting close to finding out? 1976 eliminator bubble deck, 632 tall deck, 890lb feet of torque at 4600 853hp at 5700, just dropped the pump of with Mickey synder, runs pro mods, to get it set up with the new bullet and the rpms I want to turn? Prob 5600-5800? Jc pump with dominator bowl, inducer, bowl stuffer, droop, and place diverter, it's killing me to know what this thing is going to do? It ran 76-76 mph with a prob 500hp 496? Wondering if it will get in the 90's throwing another 350hp at it? And a chit load of torque? You guys have some no joke setups! I love keeping up with the runs!! 👍🏻👍🏻
