The No Wake Zone / New lake property

Found a 1/2 acre lot - about 1/4 mile from the GIn Branch Boat ramp on Bay Springs Lake ( my 'go to' Lake)  it has sewer/ water and elec  and includes a 34' travel trailer that seller said is later model and in superb shape for 4500.00....  going out to look at it today....

Picked it up July 2012.... ran it a little before the weather turned.....

aside from leaky valve cover issue, it ran like a champ all summer long no issues.... and I was out nearly every weekend from May .... weather forecast says into the low 80's this weekend so I will be back out on
the lake go sho

it was a great day.... ran up the Tenn-Tom waterway from Bay Springs Lake up to the Tennessee River and Lake Pickwick..... about a 40  mile run one way ...... found some great beaches and coves, one with a small waterfall where we chilled for a few hours..... then cruised back.
the boat ran great.......burned nearly 40 gallons of fuel for the day......
the boat has run without a problem this summer.. ( once I got those junk valve covers off it) .....and I'm thankful.

NOAA long range weather patterns show  mid 70's for the next 2-3 weeks, I'll keep going as long as that keeps up.
 
even if this was the last 'hot' day I'm good with that.   I turned 55 today and I don't think I've had a better  BD in years......
