Cool. We will have at most 11 guys maybe 10. The first 2 nights there will only be 8 of us so if we realize we need another room we can just get one for the last few nights. And we will be bringing plenty of sleeping bags :)

11 guys and two rooms sounds like a sausage party to me. Forget the sleeping bags, bring plenty of condoms. You never know what kind of STD's one of those guys might have. >:D Matt

You can not put the standard old school jetovator on an E or F pump, Berkeley made a special setup for those pumps. I cant seem to find a picture of it but it has this weird housing around it. The reason you cant use the standard jetovator is because the all the cables come out of the bottom left of the pump. Place Diverter makes two different arms that bolt on to their nozzle or you can but it complete already set up for an E or F pump. Matt

I saw the boat this weekend in person and the pics just dont do it justice its super clean. I agree with Beerjet on the scoop though. I have an old Edelbrock 2 piece scoop from the 60"s on my boat that would go perfectly on yours. If you want to check it out let me know. Matt

Lake Havasu / Re: Does Havasu and Jetboats mix??
« on: April 05, 2010, 11:43:05 AM »
I go out every weekend with my jet and have no problems. Now i dont go out on the big weekends (4th,memorial,labor day and some of the other holidays) because theres to many idiots and all the big boats do make it pretty rough. Otherwise there is no problem with a small boat on Havasu. Matt

WTB / Re: Nitrous plates
« on: March 30, 2010, 02:16:57 PM »
Heres the formula if you have an Oldsmopile.

455 + High RPM =  :mad: KABOOM

Nitrous = High RPM

455 + Nitrous =  :mad: :mad: Double KABOOM

If this doesnt make any sense dont worry, I dont understand either.

Jet Pumps / Re: berkeley pump wear ring
« on: March 06, 2010, 09:28:16 AM »
I use a mapp gas torch and burn the insulator ring all the way around until it smokes and/or catches fire. Then with a shorty screwdriver i nicely pry all the way around between the wear ring and suck housing. When you get it too far out that the screw driver wont work anymore i use a long screw driver and go through the bottom or the packing hole and pop it out the rest of the way. JUST DONT GOUGE THE SUCK HOUSING. Matt
